As a Rotating Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting projects and operation with expertise on fit-for-purpose rotating equipment and turbo machinery. The main target of the role is to help optimize the efficiency, availability, and maintenance of rotating equipment to improve ESG footprint and the bottom line.
Join our CO2-team consisting of twenty specialists, business developers, technicians etc. You will be referring to Claus Myllerup, who is Technical Lead. Every day you will draw on different specialist skills from your +480 competent colleagues at Evida.
Areas of responsibilities
As Rotating Equipment Specialist your key responsibilities will include assisting the team with specification and selection of suitable rotating machinery, including testing and commissioning requirements.
You will aid in the design and development of equipment and systems, as well as with redesign of existing systems. You oversee preparing Equipment Technical Specifications, such as Specification and Mechanical Data Sheets. You will develop Equipment Technical Specifications for order and estimates for engineering and design person-hours. You will oversee reviewing Process Data Sheets and Supplier documentation and verification of equipment supplier’s engineering and for testing and commissioning of equipment.

Your qualifications
As a person, you have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Your communication and presentation skills are excellent, and you adapt and act flexibly in a challenging environment.
In addition, you have an engineering degree, preferably in electrical, electronic, mechanical, chemical or computer engineering. You have proven experience (5 - 10 years) with design, testing and/or operation of rotating equipment of multi-MW size. Your technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills are excellent, and you build professionally relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
You are fluent in Danish and English.

- Risk Management: Throughout design and execution, identify and report risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Quality Assurance: Consult with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations or industry best practices.
- Reporting and Documentation: Write progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
- Change Management: Analyze existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements. Keep up to date with the industry trends and developments.
