Are you the key driver of talent and people development in a market leading international company? With this new strategic hire Faerch takes the next step on the HR maturity scale.
To support the business growth even further, the HR organisation strengthens its capabilities within organisational and people development with this new director position. You will be based in HQ in Holstebro and report directly to the Group HR Senior Director.
Development of talents and teams that creates the future
As director of OD you translate the business plan into concrete initiatives for employee and career development as well as coverage of critical positions building a strong workforce adding to the bottom line. You act as a trusted advisor and process expert while preparing and running training and development activities in line with business needs. More concretely your tasks will be to:
You will be the manager for 1 FTE on academic level who will support you in your task.
HR development profile with heavy business insight
You have a strong experience in people and team development from modern and mature business models, either from within a company or from the consultancy business. You have a relevant education on minimum bachelor level, and a generally curious mindset. Ideally, you have a background from the business itself, and have changed to an HR development role due to your interests and abilities.
You have good networking and communication skills and creates close professional relations. You are comfortable discussing organisational issues on both top and middle management level, and you are generally perceived as a business partner. You are flexible in your shift from strategy to details and between operational and more project oriented tasks.

- Install a systematic “feeding system” in the workforce based on strong talent management and succession planning.
- Strengthen group wide people and leadership development approach to the “Faerch Way of Leading, Selling and Working.
- Systematise roll-out of corporate culture and values including ‘People Factor’ roll-out across all sites.
- Further develop HR processes, systems and tools that enables Fearchs organisation to reach the strategic objectives.
