Your role
As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing employer branding strategies, driving talent attraction, and fostering a positive company culture both internally and externally. You will work closely with HR and MarComm to ensure that our values, mission, and culture are effectively communicated to potential candidates and current employees.

Your role
As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing employer branding strategies, driving talent attraction, and fostering a positive company culture both internally and externally. You will work closely with HR and MarComm to ensure that our values, mission, and culture are effectively communicated to potential candidates and current employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and manage ’s employer brand strategy to attract top talent and differentiate the organization. Create engaging activation campaigns with visuals, channels, messaging, and stakeholder involvement.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to craft compelling employer value propositions (EVPs) and implement strategies that appeal to target candidates.
- Create and oversee content (social media, blogs, videos, etc.) to showcase company culture, employee stories, and workplace initiatives. Manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other platforms to ensure positive engagement.
- Promote internal initiatives that align with the company’s brand, fostering pride and engagement among employees. Support the annual employee engagement survey process.
- Track key metrics related to employer branding and use data to refine strategies. Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry influencers to enhance the employer brand and attract diverse talent.
The ideal candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and employer branding platforms (especially LinkedIn Talent Solutions).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories that reflect the company’s culture and values.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and visual content, and experience with content creation (video, blogs, photography).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
