Your role

As a Leadership and Talent Specialist, you will be a key member of our Group Human Resources team, working on various tasks to develop and nurture our leaders and talents throughout the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement [xxxxx]'s leadership values and behaviours, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and culture.

  • Design, plan, and coordinate the Leadership Programme to equip our leaders with essential tools, skills, and mindsets for success. Additionally, organise and facilitate leadership gatherings of various sizes.

  • Collaborate closely with local HR to create and execute an impactful onboarding experience for new leaders, ensuring they understand and embody the company's leadership values from day one.

  • Define and align assessment tools for recruitment, promotion, and development processes to ensure they meet our standards.

  • Drive the development and execution of a talent program and a global graduate program, providing tailored opportunities for leadership growth and career progression, and creating a pipeline for critical future roles.


The ideal candidate

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of leadership theories, frameworks, and best practices in leadership development.

  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing leadership development programs.

  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to align leadership development initiatives with organisational goals.

  • Experience in using tools and methodologies to assess and evaluate potential. Tools from recruitment and development ensure leadership effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
