We are looking for a Senior Communications Manager to lead and execute a variety of internal communication activities to engage our global colleagues in the Coloplast mission, culture, strategy, and performance.
We are looking for a strong communicator – in writing as well as verbally and visually – with a great interest in working with our existing formats as well as a strong drive to develop new ones.

You will join a creative and passionate team of communication professionals – based in our HQ in Humlebæk – who work with media relations, digital, change & leadership communications on a global level. You will report to the Director of Corporate Communications.

We are looking for a Senior Communications Manager to lead and execute a variety of internal communication activities to engage our global colleagues in the Coloplast mission, culture, strategy, and performance.
We are looking for a strong communicator – in writing as well as verbally and visually – with a great interest in working with our existing formats as well as a strong drive to develop new ones.
Your new tasks in Corporate Communications at Coloplast
- Advise, train, and support our senior leaders with regards to internal / change / leadership communication. This includes creating key messages, speech/presentation writing, video production (with our external partner), (virtual) events planning and execution, and general communications sparring.
- Plan and execute activities linked to our quarterly results communication, including our global leadership calls for people managers as well as our global quarterly employee meetings. This includes engaging with senior leaders, users of our products and our external partners and suppliers.
- Write content for our internal platforms.
- Take part in / lead other ad hoc Corporate Communications projects and activities.
Qualifications
- Masters’ degree in communications or similar
- High proficiency in English – written and verbal
- 5-10 years of experience working with corporate communications, preferably in a large, global organisation, preferably in the life science industry
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of financial communication
- Solid understanding of corporate branding
