In the Mechanical, Instrumentation and Validation area, we are approximate 150 highly skilled and enthusiastic engineers, providing a tremendous pool of knowledge at arms-length. We are working with all processes within pharma production.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: You will be part of the Management team who is responsible for people management, capacity balancing in relation to project demand and competence development to reflect market and technology development.
You will report to the Director of Mechanical, Instrumentation and Validation and be part of her management team, who is managing employees located in both our Virum and Kalundborg offices.
Your primary tasks will be to:

Your primary tasks will be to:
- Assist managers with tasks that requires technical insight (eg. CV updates, maintain competence overview)
- Facilitate and drive the area and departments strategic initiatives (eg. knowledge sharing sessions, training, tools development)
- Identify, interview, negotiate contracts and co-manage external consultants
- Prepare presentations and boards for the management team
- Support managers in their day to day people management challenges

Required Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A relevant degree within e.g. engineering, life science or another similar background
- Min 5 years’ experience from a technical environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or consultancy industry
- A consistent track record of coordinating teams and taking responsibility (minimum 3 years)
- Able to inspire and motivate professionals from various backgrounds towards a common goal
- Able to be hands-on and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Have a good business understanding in a B2B context working in a project delivery organization
- Find it motivating to continuous keep focus on development of tools, methods and services
