As Manager in our Mechanical department in Kalundborg you will lead 25 dedicated engineers, specialized within mechanical engineering, specification, tender preparation, supervision and test of process equipment and components. The right person for this position can bring solid knowledge within mechanical engineering and supporting the team while keeping focus on resolving problems to the benefit of all stakeholders.

As our new Manager your main tasks will be:
- Daily management of appr. 25 employees
- Balance capacity in relation to project demand
- Support the strong cooperation with our colleagues in Bangalore, India
- Work in close cooperation with the Management Team in Mechanical, Instrumentation & Validation
- Support the competence development of the department to reflect market and technology development
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in engineering within mechanical, chemistry-/production engineering or similar
- 5+ years of experience in people management e.g. as team leader, line manager or project manager
- Proven experience within pharmaceutical, food or consultant company
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP and GEP)
Your personal profile:
- Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to bring people together around a common purpose
- You are result-oriented, have a well-structured work approach and have focus on people development
- You have a personal drive and a holistic view towards other disciplines
- Proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English.
- You have excellent customer understanding and an ability to build up professional networks
