The position We are looking for a new colleague that can combine IT knowledge, vendor management expertise and project management skills. You will be responsible for:
  • Driving projects through initiation, analysis, execution, and implementation into our operations
  • Ensuring scope, success criteria and business benefits for the project are accurately described and managed
  • Develop project plans, control, and direct projects
  • Engage and motivate project participants
  • Negotiate and establish contracts and work packages with vendors
  • Manage project budget and cost
  • Ensuring compliance with our Quality Management System, and with our PS Environmental, Health and Safety Management System
  • Providing timely and relevant updates on project status for all key stakeholders, reporting and adjusting for any deviations from your plans as you advance the projects.
    • You will work closely with our highly engaged colleagues from API and other Novo Nordisk areas. Qualifications To succeed in the role, you have a proven track record in most of the following skills & experience:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree within a relevant field and 3-7 years’ experience with IT projects, preferably within pharma or another regulated industry
  • Experience with IT/OT technology
  • Professional experience from a large international company and you are used to working with different cultures
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong English fluency
    • On a personal level, you have strong analytical and people skills as wells as a natural ability to engage your stakeholders. You can handle several tasks at the same time while keeping an ongoing focus on learning and delivering strong results.
