Join our team as a Senior QA in Biotech & Rare Diseases (BRD) QA, where you'll play a key role in identifying and evaluating the potential of existing local and corporate IT processes to be implemented in QA.
Your main responsibilities: • Introduce digital solutions to enhance business process efficiency in BRD QA
• Develop a project model for identifying, evaluating and implementing relevant digital solutions in BRD QA
• Build strong networks with stakeholders across the organisation and in industry The specific tasks: • Identify and map existing internal digital solutions, in BRD and corporate
• Identify management- and user expectations to new digital solutions in BRD QA.
• Propose areas for introducing digital solutions to improve BRD QA business processes
• Evaluate compliance with industry standards and internal policies
• Drive implementation with relevant stakeholders and needed resources
• Establish ongoing life-cycle management
• Involve management in decision-making, sponsorship, and ongoing reporting.
Qualifications:
• M.Sc. within engineering, pharmacy, IT, business or similar
• 5+ years of work experience with the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with Project Management and Stakeholder Management
• An interest and knowledge on digitalisation and new technologies
• Solid English and Danish skills, both verbally and written As a person, you are known for your open attitude and for taking a proactive approach to challenges. You find it easy to take responsibility, work independently and you make decisions that balance quality demands, industry requirement and business needs.
You are flexible and have a strong quality mindset combined with the ability to increase simplicity. It comes natural for you to communicate, and you know how to communicate clearly in a good tone, even when the message is not easy. You have good coordinating- and collaboration skills when it comes to both colleagues and stakeholders. Finally, you have a curious, innovative, and solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges. About the department
The BRD QA department counts 32 employees and consists of three teams. You will join the Support Team, which includes our most experienced process experts, responsible for running all inspections in our area, a QA training partner and a project manager.
The team have a high level of self-governance, and our working relations are informal. We value good humour, an open and honest culture.
