We offer a position in a growing team where career opportunities will occur as it expands. In this role there is no direct people leader responsibilities, but you can look forward to working with a competent and supportive team, where we daily innovate, and optimize processes across functions and the value stream. You can look forward to: Owning the operational master data management such as master data creation in the relevant systems or synchronization of SAP and OMP master data. Supporting the building of the data backbone of the company to ensure future growth. Ensuring high data quality in the data-carrying systems and continuous optimization of data quality. Covering all Master Data Governance capabilities across all Supply chains, including Manufacturing sites to ensure End-to-End harmonization of Master Data Capabilities. Collaborating with production, finance, purchasing, logistics, and sales & operations to ensure timely update of critical master data for optimal business planning. Leading the master data network across production sites and setting the direction for master data strategy across the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) business area. The role will require that you build an understanding of industry trends and solutions, benchmark processes, practices, and quality. You will be a single point of contact between the production areas and the supply chain team. The master data signed off by you will provide the baseline for all computations and scenario planning for Supply chain partners.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have: A Master’s degree in data science, Supply chain, Finance, Business management, or a related field Several years of experience in master data management, preferably in the pharma industry or another manufacturing environment Solid knowledge of relational databases and data quality. Good understanding of demand, supply, distribution, and replenishment planning Experience in tools like SAP or OMP is required An excellent command of both written and spoken English. Experience in stakeholder management in large organizations with multiple stakeholders. On a personal level, to thrive in this job, it will be important that you always try to understand the occurring problems and offer comprehensive global and holistic solutions. You have a strong logical, structured, and analytical approach to problems and derive business actions from data. You are motivated by establishing something new, where there will be many learnings. It would be a great plus if you have a good sense of humour and like to work in a changing environment.
