Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.</p><p><strong>You will join our IT Strategy</strong> <strong>department</strong></p><p>As our new Senior IT Business Partner for Markets you will be part of a newly established IT Business Partner function in our Global IT Strategy Office. It is a diverse team spread across various locations, working towards the common goal of improving collaboration between Ramboll’s Business Units and Global IT. Ultimately the goal is to ensure Ramboll’s business success through better use of technology.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact between Market Digital Directors and Global IT.</li><li>Collaborate with Markets Digital Directors to understand their needs, goals, and challenges. Translate these requirements into technology strategies that align with the organization's overarching objectives.</li><li>Support Market Digital Directors with optimizing software portfolios within and across Markets.</li><li>Lead change initiatives related to technology adoption in Markets. Provide guidance and support to teams during transitions, ensuring seamless integration of new tools and processes.</li><li>Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments. Understand their unique needs and act as a trusted advisor on technology matters.</li><li>Capture new demand towards Global IT and work with Global IT to ensure business requirements are clearly articulated and validated.</li><li>Facilitate clear and effective communication, ensuring that technical concepts are understood by non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Represent Global IT in relevant fora and meetings with the Market Leadership.</li><li>Drive compliance with Global IT standards and support change management towards Global Platforms.</li><li>Complete regular IT End User Services Team performance reviews and manage escalations on behalf of Markets.</li><li>Report on IT KPIs to Digital Directors and other relevant stakeholders within Markets. Ensure agreed Service Levels are met and identify areas of performance improvements.</li><li>Act as the project owner for Markets specific IT projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Typically, have 5+ years of work experience from Ramboll or within the Industry.</li><li>Strong business acumen with working knowledge of the industry, major business processes, and key performance indicators.</li><li>Experience working in a multicultural environment spanning different time zones and geographies.</li><li>Experience with program and portfolio management (desirable).</li><li>Global/International Virtual organization (desirable).</li><li>Broad understanding of current and emerging technology trends and developments.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of governance policies and practices.</li><li>Ability to travel internationally and domestically.</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: Excellent communication skills  as well as solid planning, financial, and performance management skills.</p><p><strong>Welcome to our Support Organisation</strong></p><p>In Ramboll’s Support Organisation we take pride in keeping Ramboll running smoothly, enabling bright minds throughout the organisation to focus on their areas of expertise as we tie together all parts of the business.
