About the Department
Department 114 (BRD FP KA Packaging) in Kalundborg is responsible for ensuring the manufacture of glucagon and haemophilia products on our packaging lines, ready for shipment to our patients around the world. As part of the Packaging Support team, you will work with 11 colleagues - Pharmacists, Biotechnologists, and Engineers who support the packaging lines, improve the processes, and secure the validated state of the equipment and processes. With increasing demands, the department is currently investing in new production lines with the latest innovation for the future packaging production technologies.
About the Position
As our new Process Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing packaging lines in the department, ensuring that quality, compliance, and GMP requirements are met, handling deviations in production, and ensuring ongoing alignment of instructions and procedures with manufacturing procedures. Additionally, you will participate actively in both external inspections and internal audits. You will be the key person to resolve issues in production fast, efficiently, and at the right quality level, often with the help of experienced operators, technicians, and other supporters.

To thrive in this position, you must have a technical mindset and excellent interpersonal skills, since you will work with many stakeholders. You are energized by a dynamic environment with an ongoing influx of tasks and instinctively adapt to the changing needs of the business. You can work both independently and as part of a team, and you make fast decisions without compromising quality or innovation.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A bachelor's or master's degree within a technical field like Mechanical Engineering (or Natural Sciences) or alike.
• Preferably, but not required, a couple of years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• The right approach for working in a GMP regulated area.
• A proficient level of English and Danish, or willing to learn Danish soon.
