Apply today for the position as our Health & Safety Partner in Production Support at IFP Kalundborg (KA). The position HS is an integrated part and is at the top of our priorities in everyday work. As a HS partner, you will pro-actively support activities and initiatives related to Occupational Health & Safety Management systems and ensuring continuous compliance with ISO 45001. Within your daily routine, you will work on shopfloor, having close dialogues with various stakeholders to establish professional relationships fast and effectively and maintain an open and trustworthy relation with our stakeholders. You will collaborate with Project Managers (Product and Investment projects) and all employees across the value chain at Novo Nordisk to ensure the right HS impact. Furthermore, you will be working in close collaboration and be a part of the HS Partner network across IFP sites.You will also be responsible for:
  • Strategic key activities, by providing direction, guidance, and supporting stakeholders with decisions, assisting in ideas, projects, and improvement initiatives. You will also be planning and conducting the Management Review on HS systems with site leadership team
  • Tactical implementation support, wherein you will influence the ability and opportunity for IFP to reach the mid to long-term goals on HS progress and status with relevant frequency
  • Operational excellence, by identifying better practices and creating improvements in methods, techniques, approaches with systematic problem solving, etc. together with HS Supporters, HS representatives, Management representatives and stakeholders across IFP
  • Drive mapping and risk assessment of HS working environment conditions /impact /changes, together with responsibility, when introducing new equipment/ technology, materials, work processes or facilities
  • Drive preventive work to ensure a healthy and safe work environment and external environment
  • Qualifications You have a relevant academic degree (at least a bachelor) with at least 3 years’ of experience within HS work in production and office environments. In addition, we expect you to have:
  • Strong foundation in occupational work environment area, as well as experience with legislative requirements, ISO 45001 standard, and audits/inspections
  • Ability to negotiate the right HS solutions while balancing HS response with other business needs
  • Experience in planning, presenting data, and supporting key stakeholders on various levels of seniority
  • Drive activities/projects and possess a good level of documentation skills
  • You possess full working proficiency in both Danish and English

About the department Injectable Finished Products plays a key role in delivering products to our patients worldwide and is a strategic global network with production sites in US, China, Brazil, France, and Denmark. With approximately 6300 employees, IFP is a truly global organization with capacity to deliver products globally. IFP holds the responsibility to produce products for launches of all new diabetes products and for high volume and high efficiency production for all continents in the world. In IFP KA we are responsible for assembling and packing the diabetes products on our fully automated production lines. You will, within IFP KA, be a part of the Production Support department with approximately 45 colleagues supporting the production with a variety of tasks including but not limited to Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering, Training and Document, and Environmental, Health & Safety.
