Would you like to amplify digital solutions in Novo Nordisk? Are you passionate about digitalisation and Quality Control (QC)? Join us on the journey to drive digitalisation and automation in our Quality Control Laboratories across Novo Nordisk! About the department You will join Injectable Finished Products (IFP) QC DK where 160 colleagues look forward to welcoming you. We are responsible for performing all QC analysis across IFP DK including release tests from several production units, handling customer complaints, stability samples and validation activities. In addition, we are a supporting partner in the global QC network in all SVP areas in Novo Nordisk.Our mission is to transform our analytical laboratories into more automated and connected laboratories to reduce manual work and increase the stability and efficiency of the laboratory processes. In the team you will be the Product Owner of the Connectivity Institute’s support team, driving various digitalisation projects in close collaboration with laboratory teams as well as IT teams.The position You will be joining the department in Bagsværd as our new Product Owner and head up a new organisation focusing on connecting our laboratory equipment to the global Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). In this role, you will prepare and drive the definition of product vision and roadmap in collaboration with QC laboratories and IT.Your daily responsibility will be to support the connectivity demand from our QC laboratories throughout Novo Nordisk organisation. Furthermore, you will:
  • Build, prioritize and maintain team backlog
  • Work with stakeholders and Agile team to ensure flow
  • Ensure stories are delivered according to agreements
  • Understand “technical enabler work”
  • Contribute in Agile team events
  • Contribute in program events if relevant
    • As part of the support team, you will service all Novo Nordisk QC laboratories with the support needed to continue the digitalisation journey across Novo Nordisk. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor’s /Master´s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or another relevant field. You have project management experience, preferably in agile/SAFe framework. You set direction and show best practices within project management and complex stakeholders’ landscape. To succeed in this role, you:
  • Translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities
  • Are a visionary person & set directions in a clear manner
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Are good at delegating & empowering others to take action
  • Have basic knowledge of Agile principles, methodology and events
  • Are fluent in both oral and written English – Danish is an advantage but not a necessity
    • On a personal level, you are flexible and adaptable to communicating with stakeholders and colleagues from different countries and cultures.
