The position As a Senior Packaging and Assembly Professional, you are welcome to join the Single Dose Device (SDD) Technical Support Team in the Finished Goods department. You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety and longevity of the most modern assembly and packaging lines, in addition to collaborating with the operational team to take preventive actions and drive improvement initiatives. We are seeking a professional with experience within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulated working environment, it is a benefit if you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry, but it is not a prerequisite. Key responsibilities include: Validation – using a Science and Risk-based Validation (SRV) approach Completing documentation utilizing an important level of detail OPV/SE- Assist Supporters to maintain the validate state continuously Drive optimal performance of the equipment Develop skilled workers’ and technicians’ knowledge Define strategy for reliable line setup Systematic problem solving You will be part of a larger network of people and can expect to collaborate with many different stakeholders at various levels across the organization. Qualifications Your experience include: An academic degree in Automation/Mechanical Engineering or similar Experience preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing process Experience with GMP or working in a highly regulated environment such as the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, food industry, precision mechanics or aviation will be considered Experience with validation/qualification within a GMP environment A willingness to support a production, which at times can be characterized by a very dynamic working environment A good overview and a sharp analytical sense, which makes it easy for you to pin-point challenges and see the connection between processes, materials, and equipment Experience with handling suppliers is regarded as advantageous As a person, you have a focus on quality, with a problem-solving approach and the drive to create innovative solutions for technical challenges. You can use excellent communication skills to build relations cross functionally and globally. For this position, you are required to be fluent in spoken and written English.

Injectable Finished Products (IFP) plays a key role in delivering products to our patients worldwide and is a strategic global network with production sites in US , China, Brazil, France, and Denmark. With approximately 6,300 employees, IFP is a truly global organization with capacity to deliver products globally. IFP holds the responsibility to produce products for launches of all new diabetes products and for high volume and high efficiency production for all continents in the world. In Finished production in Kalundborg, we have 270 employees, responsible for assembly and packaging of obesity and diabetic products on our fully automatic production lines.
