If yes, you could be our new Associate Manager for API QC Digitalisation and Automation. The position You will have the opportunity to join a fairly new team in the establishing phase. The team has a cross functional role across the laboratories and great potential to make a difference in the laboratories and the strategies. It is an exciting and challenging time to join our team and as Associate Manager you will have good possibilities to grow, set direction, and facilitate alignment of strategy across areas. In the job you will: · Together with your employees set the framework and direction for the digitalisation/automation journey in API QC · Support the coordination of all digitalisation/automation activities across API QC according to roadmaps · Execute projects with focus on impact in co-creation with laboratories across NN including representing API QC in the QC4.0 Portfolio Group · Support the direction of aligned static data in GlobalLIMS for API QC in close collaboration with local static builders The team consists, for now, of 2 experienced and engaged project managers, one Global LIMS SME and a data scientist. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you: - have completed a relevant Master’s degree within Engineering, Pharmacy, IT science or similar. - have a solid experience working with leadership, project management, change management, and technology optimisations in an environment with complex stakeholders Knowledge of QC processes and the IT systems, Lab vantage LIMS would be an advantage. As a person, you have a business outlook with the ability to combine tech and driving innovation with a sharp eye for prerequisites. You are motivated by driving change and improvements, involving many stakeholders at various organisational levels. You have a high level of drive, initiative, persistence, and you are result-oriented. The department In PS API laboratories we are 340 colleagues, allocated in four different departments, responsible for performing all QC analysis across API DK as well as supporting manufacturing development. Our mission is to reduce manual work and increase the stability and efficiency of the laboratory processes, and in the long run transform our laboratories into more automated and connected laboratories.You will become part of a newly established team responsible for setting the direction and executing the digitalisation and automation strategy in PS API laboratories as well as supporting our laboratories towards industry 4.0 technology and standards. Moreover, you will be a part of IM1 QC Management team as the team is anchored in one of the production areas in Kalundborg.
