The Position As a Technical Supporter, you will work closely with the team of 13 employees, including 10 craftsmen responsible for maintaining our equipment and 3 supporters who handle everything from daily support for craftsmen and operators in production to equipment and process validation. You will resolve technical challenges, work very independently with significant individual responsibility and high engagement. The main tasks will be to: ensure the equipment in Wash and Sterilization functions optimally.
take care of production, making sure that it proceeds according to specified requirements and the production plan.
work on technical support for the area, process optimization, capacity expansion, troubleshooting, and problem-solving during shutdowns or breakdowns.
create and drive change requests, validations, and implementing improvements.
communicate daily with numerous points of contact within the organization and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: a bachelor’s degree in a technical scientific background, such as a mechanical engineer, marine engineer, automation engineer, or similar.
at least a year of experience with aseptic production and GMP standards in pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated areas. But newly graduated will also be assessed.
knowledge of process optimization of automated processes, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP, PLC, and SCADA is a plus.
fluency in written and oral Danish and English.

About the department The department is part of Biopharm Finished Products (FP) in Kalundborg. We manufacture pharmaceutical products that help people with chronic conditions such as hemophilia and growth hormone deficiency. Wash & Sterilization is responsible for delivering washed and sterilized capsules, plungers, tanks, and all other equipment for the other processing steps. You will become a part of a dedicated department consisting of operators, craftsmen, and supporters, all working closely across disciplines and with other departments.
