Are you eager to implement and maintain secure industrial IT solutions in large-scale API production? Would you like to work in one of the best IT organizations in the pharmaceutical industry? Then you might be our new IT Security Partner supporting the infrastructure and security of our systems from the ground floor of a large API project. The Position You will be a key member in the IT automation team, working closely with stakeholders and other engineers to define and support the establishment, qualification, validation, and security of our IT automation systems. After project completion, we will support these systems in a 24/7 manufacturing facility. You will be part of the design, build, deployment, and operation of our IT Infrastructure. You will work closely with our production and utilities areas, external partners, and with the different IT automation teams across our entire organization. Furthermore, you will help ensure that the IT and automation systems following industry security standards and be a link from our project into our global organization. The project is of great strategic importance to Novo Nordisk, which has high visibility and support from Senior Management. At the same time, you will have a foot inside Novo Nordisk’s IT organization which supports all major expansion projects as well as operations. Your main responsibilities would be to: Define risks, requirements, and specifications and work with stakeholders and vendors to ensure that security requirements are met to further guarantee project success. Ensure IT security is embedded into the design, installation, configuration, administration, and procedures according to Novo Nordisk and industry standards. Enforce and maintain IT security policies and procedures, and ensure incidents investigations are completed as required by procedure. Implement new security controls as recommended by global security and perform risk assessments and security audits for IT infrastructure and systems. Continue throughout start-up and operations in supporting the IT automation systems through on-call support. Your main location will be in Kalundborg, in proximity of the manufacturing sites. As a lot of our collaboration partners work around Copenhagen, it is expected that you will also travel to work in those locations. Qualifications We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills: M.Sc. or B.Sc. within IT or Engineering Experience within IT Automation; either from operations and maintenance, or from project participation. Experience working with industrial IT hardware and systems in large scale manufacturing or data center environments throughout the life cycle. Experience with computer and network security (e.g., firewall administration, network segmentation, encryption technologies, and network protocols). Experience with developing, enforcing, and maintaining data systems security policies and procedures. Experience within the Pharma industry or other highly regulated industry (GMP) preferred. Communicate well in spoken and written English. As a person, you are energized by taking responsibility for industrial IT Infrastructure and Security.
