We are seeking an Associate Manager for a maintenance team to set direction and make sure milestones for maintenance related activities for the project are met. Could this be you? Apply today! The Position We are looking for an Associate manager to manage the team of skilled workers and engineers, consisting of 5 disciplines: Mechanical, Calibration, Electrical, Functional Safety and SAP. The team are supporting project activities in terms of investigating design, constructability, for a new production facility. Your main tasks will be to:
  • Implement maintenance, calibration, and electrical design strategies.
  • Support colleagues in solving complex challenges.
  • Optimise systems and equipment for the production fit for maintenance.
  • Co-develop standards and guidelines which supports the overall program.
  • You will also focus on providing innovative, efficient, and effective solutions and systems. Consistency of work, cross-disciplinary quality, reviews and compliance with pharmaceutical codes and regulations would be also areas of your focus. The key design principle will be to implement the best-in-class standards from other production facilities. Together with your team you will ensure known solutions are implemented as well as help developing new design solutions where relevant. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you:
  • Hold a degree probably in engineering or similar (a plus).
  • Have around 5 years of relevant managerial experience within medical production, preferably from API production or finished products.
  • Possess a solid understanding of process equipment, automation and working in a GMP regulated environments.
  • Are proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives with driving tasks independently and seeking opportunities to take the next step in your career. You have excellent analytical, planning and organizing skills, which helps you to keep an overview of the state of progress and prioritize accordingly. You have profound insight into systematic problem-solving. You can network and know who to reach out to, build trust in your relationships and get commitment from internal and external stakeholders. You are curious and eager to learn, and you challenge status-quo in a respectful way to ensure that pragmatic solutions are brought forward. This will require an independent approach combined with an agile mindset and good stakeholder management skills.
