The Position As a process supporter you will support running-in and validating processes. After this initial phase, you will become a part of our normal production team, with responsibility for a specific part of the process. The main tasks will be to: Support daily operations, maintaining stable processes Work with production challenges, validating processes, implementing projects, optimizing standards, and developing and improving workflows. Maintain documentation and ensuring that our processes meet all relevant quality and compliance standards. You will work in a dynamic and socially relaxed environment where humor, commitment, and unity are emphasized. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: An academical background in chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or similar 2 years of experience in production A strong quality and compliance mindset Proficiency experience in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English As a person, you thrive in a dynamic environment where your decision-making ability is essential. You should be structured, quality-conscious, and committed to your work, with the ability to complete tasks before the deadline and meet GMP requirements. You should have a positive attitude towards the challenges of working life and thrive on working independently and in groups across departments and organizations. About the Department In IM2 Recovery, you will join approximately 200 competent and dedicated colleagues spread across several teams. The department is on an exciting journey with many optimization projects. Currently, we have two production lines in one facility and we are building another facility that will house a third production line.
