As our new Manager, you will be heading up a QA team supporting an aseptic production department in BRD. In the team you will be the people manager and you will participate in the daily operations e.g. planning, prioritization, handling GMP documentation, deviations, QA presence. You will also be a member of the management team in BRD QA AP KA, and you will participate in cross-organisational collaborations. Moreover, you will lead the way and be a role model in a culture where openness, honesty and focus on continuous improvements are natural parts of your personality. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold a Masters or equivalent degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant scientific discipline
• Have strong leadership skills and the ability take the lead, make decisions, and focus on deliverables while taking care of your team
• Have experience with GMP, quality management and audits/inspections
• Preferably have experience from aseptic production
• Possess extraordinary communication skills, and express yourself clearly and distinctly in both Danish and English It comes natural for you to create relationships with other areas/units in the organization - maybe you already have networks in your luggage that you can make use of in everyday life. Furthermore, you can develop the people you have around you, and create a high level of commitment for your employees in everyday life, and you use feedback as an effective tool. You are committed and decisive and have the will to take the lead both individually and in cooperation with other professionals - just as you dare to pave the way in both team and department. Your natural sense of the right level of detail helps employees deliver what is needed.
About the department
Our department BRD QA AP KA is responsible for assuring safe products for our patients. The department consists of 60 highly qualified employees led by an engaged and experienced leadership team. You will be a part of a department where behavioural targets are driving our culture and where setting direction for quality is driven through quality oversight and our ability to support and drive improvements. In your role, you will refer directly to the Director for BRD QA AP KA.
