The position You will be an active member of the M1 Projects department and management team, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. You will support the department manager and the management team with a wide range of tasks including calendar handling for the department manager, coordinating activities, reporting, putting together agendas and taking minutes, onboarding of new colleagues, planning of department- and management activities e.g. seminars, contributing to department strategy and organisational change management initiatives, and much more. You must be able to prioritise own tasks and work independently and we expect you to be forward-looking. You will use your curiosity to drive new initiatives and improve processes and also bring forward ideas for improvement that will benefit both colleagues and managers in their daily work. You will be part of and work closely with the other department assistants in the area where you will solve cross-organisational tasks.   • You have experience with calendar administration on another’s behalf
  • You have great communication skills in Danish and English
  • You have experience with MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities
  • Preferably you have been part of a management- or project team or you are familiar with working in a dynamic matrix organisation
  • Preferably you have at least 3-5 years of experience from a similar position
  • As a person you are reliable, loyal, structured and service minded. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and enjoy working according to tight deadlines and as a part of a dynamic team. You are self-motivated, work independently and used to thinking steps ahead of others and secure coordination. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment. About the Department M1 Projects is part of a dynamic business area in a constant development which produce Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients across the world.
