The position
As a Finance Partner at Novo Nordisk IFP KA, you will be tasked with securing monthly follow-up on budgets and ensuring close dialogue with budget owners in IFP KA. You will play a pivotal role in keeping various stakeholders informed to facilitate necessary actions, including project controlling of IFP KA Project Portfolio and reporting project status to the stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Finance partnering for all departments by supporting budget planning, tracking, and decision making. Preparing analysis, commentary and presentations for financial budget reviews and reports to management and other stakeholders. Provide the management and organization with clear, structured, and concise analysis on productivity, aiding in informed decision-making and strategic planning. Aligning between various departments in Novo Nordisk in relation to projects. Moreover, you will be collaborating closely with two other Finance Partners on various tasks to enhance collective efficiency and achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, an ideal profile would include: A BSc or MSc in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience from finance department, preferred in a multinational company and/or top tier accounting firm. Business Finance experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or project controlling is advantageous, though not mandatory. Demonstrated high flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to drive and direct the development of strategic business cases. Fluency in English, both written and verbal; (knowledge of Danish is advantageous but not mandatory). On a personal level, you exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and across various seniority levels within the company. You are a skilled collaborator, adept at fostering positive working relationships and contributing to a harmonious team environment. Moreover, effective networking is a pivotal aspect of this role. We highly value individuals who can establish and maintain professional connections, both internally and externally, to advance the team's goals and the organization as a whole. Additionally, you possess a proactive demeanor, demonstrating comfort in driving initiatives, engaging with stakeholders, and diligently following up on tasks.
About the department
You will be a part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Kalundborg. We are approximately 400 employees responsible for assembling and packing products on our production lines, supporting patients with Diabetes and Obesity.
The IFP Kalundborg (IFP KA) Finance & Procurement department is a pivotal component of the IFP KA Business Support team. With a dedicated team of 7 members responsible for Finance and Procurement, we are focused on contributing to the service of our patients who rely on our medicine. As a newly established team, we have brought together a mix of seasoned Novo Nordisk colleagues and new skilled colleagues, all devoted to securing the best work environment possible, maintaining a supportive mindset, and ensuring a clear focus on continuous improvements.
