Do you have experience with creating a LEAN(cLEAN) culture, utilizing its various tools and coaching others or are you newly educated but have the interest in learning how?

The position
As our LEAN Partner you will be part of a business support department where you will be a key driver to create a culture where LEAN is the standard way of operating, and you will do so by teaching and coaching our leaders and employees.
You will participate in formulating, communicating and implementing corporate and local strategies and processes , (e.g. cLEAN Supply System roll out, Hoshin Kanri), as well as ensuring site continuous process improvement (LEAN) through KATA, PSPS, PS@ShopFloor and better practice sharing.
Some of your key tasks will be:
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional improvement projects, as well as deliver LEAN training throughout the organization and coach and mentor employees and managers on how to apply LEAN principles and tools in their daily work.
  • Support the development and implementation of IFP standard work and best practices.
  • Conduct value stream mapping and process analysis to identify waste and non-value-added activities.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis using systematic problem-solving-methods.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of LEAN initiatives.
  • Qualifications
    To succeed in this role:
  • You hold a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree, with a business, technical focus or other relevant areas.
  • You are a team player.
  • You have solid analytical skills and maybe also practical experience in analysing complex business issues will be an advantage.
  • You might be newly educated or have some professional experience within similar position in a LEAN environment.
  • Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing concepts and business experience from manufacturing environment, experience applying concepts would be an asset but not a requirement (e.g. Visual Management, Systematic problem solving).
  • You are fluent in English (speaking and writing), Danish could be a plus (not required).
  • You have a data mind-set and can translate and visualize data to support decision making.
  • You enjoy analysing data and finding the right solutions here by.
  • You are a team player but also enjoy working on your own when coaching/sparring with leaders and colleagues.
  • Outgoing personality where you easily build trustful relations across the organisation.
  • You naturally involve and motivate your colleagues, and you know how to challenge others in a constructive and respectful way.

    About the department
    In IFP, Injectable Finished Products, Kalundborg, we produce top-quality injectable products and tablets for patients with diabetes worldwide. The cLEAN and Digitalization team is a part of IFP Kalundborg’s Business Support. We are responsible for supporting the site with systems and initiatives regarding Warehouse, Compliance, Finance, Planning, Purchase, Training, LEAN & Digitalization.
    The team consists of five LEAN Partners, one Senior Procees Expert and three Data Scientist. With a LEAN approach the team supports IFP Kalundborg’s strategic aspirations to improve data-driven decision making and increase production stability and efficiency.
