As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading the IT Operations team and supporting our production facilities.
Your main tasks will include:
• Managing your own team within people and business processes
• Ensuring operational performance in terms of quality, delivery, cost, environment, health & safety
• Driving continuous improvement through the introduction of new technology, sharing best practices, and practicing change management
• Implementing site-specific strategies and anchoring them within your team and the plants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Setting and sharing goals for your team and individuals, providing performance feedback and development plans, and ensuring clear and timely communication, coordination, and collaboration between employees and stakeholders
• Managing the local IT systems and budget to ensure efficient operations of the production facilities
• Ensuring compliance with current and future GxP standards and external requirements Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
• An academic background in engineering, pharma, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT operations and team management
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, with fluency in both Danish and English expected
• Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking
• Familiarity with GxP standards, regulatory requirements, and experience in budget management About the department
