Are you a strong communicator with business understanding and the ability to facilitate change through people? And do you thrive working with process development and to drive the LEAN agenda in Maintenance department, in one of the biggest insulin factories in the world? Then you might be my future LEAN Partner in Maintenance Execution M1. Your new workplace will be our modern production facility in Kalundborg. The position
As LEAN Partner your function will be both coaching and sparring partner, as well as a member of the management team. You will be responsible for driving LEAN implementation and continuous improvement within the area. You will have the strategic attention on changeability and execute an effective and proactive implementation of LEAN. Your primary tasks as LEAN partner will be: Identification and development of new LEAN actions in the department and across the organization. Coaching and training managers and employees in LEAN production and behavior. Implementation and continuous development of Key Performance Indicators as a part of the daily follow up on board meetings. Support and coaching of colleagues and Director in terms of following the strategic path that we have agreed on. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: Technical education or academic degree i.e. Engineer, Marine Engineer or similar. Previous experience with GMP, LEAN and preferably also project management. Proven experience with coaching and facilitation of processes. Ability to navigate within MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work analytically and scientifically. Most importantly, you are able to identify trends and improvement possibilities in M1 to improve the robustness and reduce complexity. You can navigate in a cross-functional role where you will need to give directions as well as motivating feedback. As a person, you are structured, enterprising and good at creating relations. You can inspire and challenge the people around you in an empathic and respectful way, without losing yourself. You are able to communicate clearly and explain complex concepts into plain language, that makes sense for the employees at all levels. We also expect that you have a natural way of including your colleagues in the process. To succeed in the position, you have to be curious and interested in learning about the processes. You must thrive in a work environment where you will be doing systematic problem-solving with the production departments. About the department You will be a part of the Maintenance Execution department in Kalundborg. The department is devided into six teams, taking care of everything from building maintenance to maintenance of the equipment. Furthermore, we have a Maintenance Development department where we support production with technical support as well as projects for improving the availability of all process equipment.
