Do you have experience in project management and knowledge about IT/OT in Quality Control (QC) laboratories? We are looking for a QC Project Professional to join our team in the Digital Data & IT Product Supply (DD&IT PS)– Fill & Finish Expansions department at Novo Nordisk. The position As a QC Project Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will play a prominent role in Fill & Finish production Expansions, building a digital QC Module and accelerating its implementation across global sites. Key responsibilities:
  • The point of contact in the QC module for the expansion site and take ownership of the project management disciplines on behalf of IT & Automation

  • Support the IT/OT Expansion Site Lead in outlining the scope, deliverables and timeline for the QC module

  • Coordinate and align with the stakeholders’ dependencies, change control and execution of standards

  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies & monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle

  • Ensure compliance and quality in all parts of the projects

    • You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including IT/OT specialists, engineers, the process group, and the site expansion lead, to implement standards in QC laboratories aimed at achieving global simplicity and scalability. Some travel may be required. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field. Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic & computer, Information & communication technology or similar

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and working with the GMP environment would be advantageous.

  • Experience working with GlobalLims is not a requirement but will be an added advantage

  • Knowledge of connectivity between equipment and IT systems will be an added advantage

  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities, and communicating at multiple levels of the organisation

  • Adaptability to changing environments and the ability to co-create solutions that drive value to the company
