In this position, your primary focus will be to provide expert guidance and advice to ensure that the design of our production facilities meets all safety and regulatory requirements, including GMP and GDP. This is crucial for the success of our future production. Additionally, you will have a vital role in overseeing the construction site, which includes conducting inspections, commissioning equipment, and leading safety meetings, among other responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to take on a diverse range of tasks based on your experience and interests. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with various departments on a daily basis, starting from a specific area. You will be expected to act as a Health & Safety ambassador for the project and provide guidance and support to your colleagues as needed. This job offers a great opportunity to contribute to maintaining a safe working environment at Novo Nordisk's construction site and ensuring operational excellence from a HS perspective. You will have the chance to develop your skills through networking and can expect to work on important and varied tasks, in partnership with competent and passionate HS colleagues. Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: • You should have experience working in a production facility, preferably within the pharma industry, and possess a good understanding of the working environment. You should also be interested in expanding your knowledge in this area. • You should be action-oriented and show initiative by taking on tasks and running them yourself. At the same time, you should be comfortable working in an environment where a high degree of documentation is required. • You should be ready to continuously acquire new skills and deal with the challenges and changes that lie ahead. Collaboration is important in our team, so you must have a positive attitude and a desire to solve tasks and create results together with colleagues. • You should be proficient in English, both verbally and in writing. • It would be an advantage if you have experience working on projects in the past. On a personal level, you excel in a dynamic and diverse international working environment where you can collaborate with colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures. You thrive on the energy and creativity that comes from working with a team that shares a common goal and values open communication, mutual respect, and cooperation.
