The Position As Associate Manager within Training for the Corporate Vice President (CVP) area Manufacturing Science and Technology and Quality Control (MSAT&QC), you will lead a small team driving the development of training competencies and structure across MSAT&QC and you will be a trusted business partner to management on training topics as well as responsible for driving the strategic focus areas. Your main responsibilities will be to: Motivate, coach, lead, and set direction for your team
Drive the training agenda in our fast-growing organization, assessing our strategic business needs and implementing the right solutions across MSAT&QC
Build and maintain a strong collaboration with stakeholders across the organization
Ensure compliance of our training processes with our Quality Management System Qualifications
The position is anchored in our Business Support department, which drives all business functions across our area, supporting 300 employees in 8 departments. You will be working closely with our central Business Development area to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: An academic degree full and professional proficiency in Danish & English.
Interest in designing and developing effective functional training solutions.
Strong skills in change management and stakeholder management at different organizational levels.
Experience in planning and execution of strategic projects, finding effective functional solutions driven by problem-solving, spotting opportunities, and driving change.
A big advantage will be if you have previously gained experience in a large organization.

About the Department You will be joining the MSAT&QC CVP area, which has process and product responsibility for existing and future oral drug products post-approval, as well as performing all analyses on products after method transfer. We work across the Emerging Technology (ET) organization to improve productivity of ET production and analytical processes, with employees based in Denmark, Ireland and USA. Your workplace will be in our new offices in Taastrup. You will become part of the training manager network across ET, where you will have the opportunity to discuss topics and find sparring on leadership and training matters. In addition, you will work closely with the SVP Training partner and the Global Training & Capability Building organization in ensuring the most efficient training system for MSAT & QC.
