Do you have experience in project controlling and/or cost engineering? Then this opportunity might be right for you! The position As our new Project Controller, you will be responsible for managing financials within direct project execution of a large CAPEX project. Your day-to-day areas of responsibilities will include:
  • Developing, creating, monitoring, and executing cost controls
  • Focus on cost management, project resources, progress reports and forecasting
  • Ensuring “house in order” regarding financial and accounting compliance
  • Supplement your business/finance/accounting knowledge with broad technical knowledge within pharmaceutical production, which will help you in your daily work
  • Build a broad network in Novo Nordisk with regular contact with many different areas of the business to govern solutions within the projects
  • Navigate in a dynamic and sometimes hectic working environment
    • Qualifications
  • You preferably hold a Master's in Finance, Accounting, Project Management or Business.
  • Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of practical cost controlling experience – preferable from large CAPEX projects.
  • Broad knowledge in executing step-by-step cost controlling
  • Experience in creating and forecasting project budgets/cost
  • Previous experience from working in a GMP regulated industry is a plus, but not required
  • Fluency in English is required, Danish language skills are advantageous

Your structured approach allows you to maintain a broad overview while keeping an eye for the details. You have flair for translating complex issues into communication easily absorbed by upper management. About the department You will join the growing team of API Investment Project Office (IPO) supporting the largest construction projects across the API organisation. IPO consists of five teams where the culture is open, engaged, curious and inclusive. Presence on site in Kalundborg is expected 3 days/week.
