EuroBonus Partnership Manager



EuroBonus is SAS’ main tool for creating loyalty. With close to eight million members, we are considered one of Europe’s leading loyalty programs. Members of the program can gain status and benefits and earn points that they spend on flight tickets, upgrades, hotels etc. Besides flying SAS, points and benefits can be achieved by engaging in the program through our many partners, both within the airline and travel industry and beyond. Points are earned on credit cards, hotel stays, rental cars, shopping and other products and services that our members interact with daily. Points can also be used to purchase products and services from many of our partners.

Purpose



We are now looking for a highly engaged and result driven relationships builder to the EuroBonus Partnership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships within banking and finance. The role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to grow and foster long term partnerships.

What you will do



  • Identify new business opportunities, contact, approach prospective partners to market and promote partnerships with EuroBonus
  • Negotiate and secure new partnerships to enhance the EuroBonus program
  • Manage and develop existing partner relationships to maximize the mutual benefit
  • Develop and implement strategic partnership plans to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as IT, Marketing and Legal to integrate partner offerings seamlessly into the EuroBonus program
  • Utilize data to monitor and report partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization


To be succesful, we believe you should have:



  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • A bachelor's degree in economics, finance and/or marketing
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies
  • Local and global banking and fintech industry knowledge (players, dynamics, business models)
  • Extensive experience of B2B complex solution selling, business development, negotiation and contracting
  • Extensive experience from KAM relationship building, performance monitoring and problem solving
  • Experience from B2C marketing and activation
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
