Key responsibilities


As a student assistant you will be supporting day-to-day operational tasks to assist Technology Platform Leaders and PMO in Inland, Finance & HR Platform Portfolio by coordinating financial, on-boarding and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Your key responsibilities will be:
• Helping Technology Platform Leaders with workforce tracking, overview & analysis to enable proactive decision making

• Tracking vendor spend to create accurate forecasting

• Organizing regular team and departmental team days & other events

• On-boarding new resources with necessary accesses and equipment

• Assist in preparing materials for our Community of Practice for Project Professionals

• Supporting in other various adhoc tasks such as Visa applications, team tracker sheets, organizational changes

We are looking for


• You study a related-field such as business or IT management. You have 2+ years remaining before graduating with a Master’s degree.

• You have a high level of integrity and drive, combined with the ability to meet deadlines through prioritizing and self-organizing activities.

• You are creative in problem-solving and have a high learning agility. An interest in project management and finance/accounting is an advantage.

• You are approachable, service-minded and proactive in ensuring that we meet the right outcome.

• You are structured in your handling of data, and conscientious about the quality of the data you produce since others depend on it for their own work. Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate data is an advantage.

• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI is an advantage.

• You communicate clearly in emails and verbally and fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
