• Work closely with Platform Product Owner to understand business needs, spar with the Architect to refine solution designs to enable agile delivery
• Work with other Engineering Managers to drive platform and technology strategy to truly enable DevOps and target continuous release
• Working with teams across the organization to deliver outcomes for the business stakeholders to define and evolve products from concept to reality.
• Ability to create pricing platform for contract products, experience in conceptualizing and delivering features/products for a large company
• Stay on top of development activities across multiple products while communicating status and progress back to the Product Owner and related stakeholders
• Leading lean thinking across teams focusing on removal of waste in process and handoff points across the lifecycle
• Owner of KPI framework and metrics reporting; reporting on team effectiveness (time to value, release cadence,
• Defining and using metrics to define success and adoptability of features
• Defining and Leading the Discover Phase of a Product, to collect guest feedback on what matters and prioritizing features and epics
• Experience in Technology Transformation, Product Development, Platform Management, Engineering excellence to scale
• Experience in Dynamic Pricing, Contract Pricing and / or Pricing Models
• Skilled stakeholder and people manager with the ability to communicate complex messages, constructively challenge Product Owners and related stakeholders
• Should have in depth exposure to building product engineering organizations, platforms and key stakeholder management, data led product development and roadmaps.
• Experience in building scalable, high availability platforms with logic
• Ability to guide engineers through successful agile development projects in a DevOps setting, including testing and deployment
• Setting and leading high performing, skilled and impactful teams
• Ability to envisage horizontally scalable, distributed, resilient solutions
• Needs to have a solid understanding of agile system development
• Build strategic working relationships, provide thought leadership and influence others.
• Impactful communication and influencing key decision makers & stakeholders.
• Articulating vision and translating strategies into execution.
• Leading by example and working with a large workforce working across geographies.

Key responsibilities
