As part of our journey towards becoming The Global Integrator of container logistics, we are transforming our delivery capabilities. We are transforming our industry from within, and have therefore launched the Scalable Delivery Program to facilitate this. To ensure the quality and progress of the program we have recently formed a Project Management Office (PMO) to orchestrate this. The PMO have a pivotal role within the program, and as problem-solvers at heart, we support the business in breaking down the problems and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure innovative and transformative solutions – all guided by our structured project management skills

Reporting to Head of Scalable Delivery Program PMO you will be part of a 4-5 person program management office reporting to Senior Vice President of Ocean Customer Logistics
As a member of the PMO you will together with the rest of the team mainly be focusing on:
• Defining solid approach and timelines for the program as a whole
• Guiding 1-2 workstreams to ensure prioritization and progress,
• Develop business input for various forums and stakeholders (memo, presentations etc.)
• Co-facilitate various senior stakeholder sessions
The PMO is a multi-year construct and will leave good opportunities to continue in either Ocean related roles are more general roles within transformation and program management.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in defining and managing project/workstream plans from a similar position.
Former experience with tech-led transformation and process re-engineering and a well-versed problem-solving experience is a plus. Prior positions could be within business consulting, project management or product management.
You:
• Are a structured problem solver who thrives dealing with complex issues
• Have good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills – is not discouraged by leading senior stakeholders
• Have high attentions to detail
• Have the ability to work both independently, as well as and as part of a team where innovative solutions are required
