As a student assistant in Funding & Markets you will become part of the team responsible for all external and internal funding activities of the A.P. Møller- Maersk Group, relationships with credit rating agencies, bond investors, banks, and export credit agencies as well as managing the interest rate risk on group level.
The position will give you an opportunity to advance your knowledge within internal financing, guarantees as well as driving digitalization projects. You should expect a dynamic working environment characterized by a broad range of challenging and exciting tasks. In the role you will be in close dialogue with internal and external stakeholders, which will enable you to build your network and add value in our global organization. You will also gain valuable understanding of the treasury operations in a large global corporation which will open ways for your future career both in Copenhagen and abroad.
Work hours are flexible, especially around examination period. We expect you to work approx. 15-20 hours per week.

• Support the issuance of bank guarantees as well as putting in place funding for subsidiaries such as intercompany loans and equity
• Support implementation of new digital solutions and platforms and optimizing of processes
• Updating and developing reports relating to the intercompany debt and guarantee portfolios
• Ad hoc analyses and tasks

• You are in your final year of your Bachelor’s degree or have started in a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a similar field.
• You are self-starter, well-organized, and capable of working towards agreed objectives without excessive supervision.
• You are a multi-tasker, who approaches work with a high level of energy and is open to the challenges of a busy, international work environment.
• You have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluency in English and excellent spoken and written communication.
