We offer


Maersk.com Platform is a centrally placed, vibrant department with over 600 people around the world working towards making Maersk.com an industry leading digital logistics platform.

As a student in Maersk you will have responsibility for various tasks while at the same time gain insight into global systems and processes.
You will join a dynamic team based at the head office in Esplanaden, Copenhagen.

You will be reporting directly to the Chief of Staff of the Platform, but you will also work closely with the Engineering Managers as well as the Platform Product Owners.

Work hours are flexible, and we expect you to work approx. 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities


Your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Administrative tasks:
1. Organize and maintain our internal communications, newsletters, SharePoint, and document storage.
2. Update and maintain department guidelines, charts, and lists
3. Assist with daily maintenance of the Team, assist with IT requests etc.
4. Assist with onboarding and off boarding and other HR related tasks
Communication and branding tasks:
5. Help build new ways of working across teams.
6. Assist with planning and organizing of events, seminars and meetings.

We are looking for


Our ideal candidate is probably finishing his/her Bachelor’s degree and is starting the master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Journalism, or Technology after the summer.
You have some relevant work experience, e.g. from a previous student position, and you are fluent in spoken and written English. Advanced level in Excel/Microsoft Office is an advantage.

• Friendly, outgoing and service minded.
• Structured, organized and process-oriented with an eye for optimization.
• A “self-starter” who takes initiative and actively seeks personal responsibility without waiting to be asked.
• A team player who understands the importance of supporting your colleagues.
• Particularly careful in working with details.
• Able to keep calm and maintain high level of service in stressful situations.
