DescriptionSiteimprove is on a journey to make the web inclusive and engaging for everyone. We believe that improving the quality of the user experience is key to the long-term success of any website.Our User Experience team consists of 12+ passionate UX professionals who are committed to improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy through the delivery of meaningful user experiences with a focus on inclusivity. The team is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Design Manager who will enable the team to scale into an efficient, high performance global organization.The Senior Design Manager helps foster an environment in which the team can do its best work. You will develop people, drive operational excellence, recruit new talent and guide teams with empathy, purpose and with a passion for seeing exceptional design work shipped to our customers and end-users.This role is expected to have between 3-5 direct reports and report directly to the Director of Product Design.What you'll be doingPeoplePeople

  • At least 2 years in a design management role where you successfully managed at least 3-5 people.

  • At least 5 years individual contributor design experience. Preferably in the SaaS, B2B, MarTech space.

  • Delivered successful work at the scope of whole product areas.

  • Demonstrated experience managing UX related disciplines or managing multidisciplinary individuals and teams.

  • Extensive knowledge of design processes.

  • Excellent stakeholder management experience.

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
