We’re expanding our team rapidly and looking for a Product Director of Content Agility, to empower our key customers of content authors/editors and marketers, to deliver and update inclusive, credible, useable and discoverable content – at scale. This role will focus on driving value and impact for our customers along the entire content product lifecycle and is central to our growth strategy towards attracting Enterprise users, by bringing insights to life – across their existing workflows.
Over the last few years, we have established successful partnerships with key CMS/DXP vendors such as Adobe, Optimizely and Drupal rooted in the technical transformation of our content checks. Therefore, we are looking for a proven Product leader who understands how to transform new or existing capabilities, into product and business outcomes. Reporting into the VP of Product Management you will be responsible for establishing this new product unit, managing existing and building new teams to succeed.
Most importantly, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing the vision & strategy for the utilization of data and insights across the product portfolio – into new channels. This will entails evangelizing the use cases and data utilization across the product development department in concert with customer needs and business model.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
- Vision and strategy: Develop, manage, and implement the vision & strategy for the utilization of data and insights across new content lifecycle channels that would differentiate Siteimprove as a market-leader
- Roadmap: Define and align the Product Unit roadmap with other product teams and the overall product strategy
- Team lead: Foster a motivated and empowered workforce and help remove impediments to rapid progress
- Evangelize: Foster innovation and continued product knowledge within content agility / effectiveness with the product development department
- Cross-product: Lead cross-functional projects to realize product concepts and encourage opportunities for improvement and incorporate new product features on an on-going basis
- Stakeholder management: Build and manage VP and Director-level stakeholder relationships to influence and drive change across the ecosystem, across partners and various integrations
- Define success: Define how we will measure the success and effectiveness of products, and track productivity and quality
What we’ll love about you
- You have a strong commercial and strategic background with the ability to interpret extensive variety of technical data and variables into product and business outcomes

- You have strong project management skills demonstrated the ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution
- You have an open and collaborative style and are comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged
- You’re energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to promote their area within an organisation and enjoy being accountable and willing to hold others accountable
What we require of you
- 8-10 years of Product Leadership experience.
- Demonstrable experience in building and leading high-performing teams, with an ability to inspire, motivate and mentor those around you
- Track record of technical product innovation, finding new opportunities, defining & owning product value and viability, and building them to scale
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience building and shipping complex solutions for SaaS products
- Excellent verbal and written English.
