As a Specialist Broker in our Local Broking Center you will work with international programs for our largest clients as well as local companies, represented by clients from a wide range of industries. In a consultative role together with other Brokers, Account Executives and Client Coordinators you work proactively while always keeping our clients’ best interest in focus. Together, the team ensures that our commitments are fulfilled with high quality.
Job tasks include
Being the trusted advisor that the client team can always turn to for quick, clear and unambiguous advice regarding Financial Lines insurance products.
Analyzing the client’s needs based on their business. Determining, in consultation with the client and the client team, appropriate insurance coverage. Procuring, evaluating and placing insurance coverage.
Assisting in claims cases and in discussion with insurance companies.
In collaboration with colleagues locally and internationally ensuring that the client continuously receives the latest developments in the risk and insurance area.
Creating new products with colleagues to meet the clients’ changing needs.
Position qualifications
As a member of our team, your experience, proficiencies and qualifications could include:
A MSc. Degree in law business, economics and law or equivalent.
Preferably two years or more of work experience from insurance related duties in the field of Financial Lines products. You might have worked as a Specialist Broker, an Underwriter, a Claims Adjuster or as a Student Worker or Trainee in a Financial Lines department.
Fluency in spoken and written Danish and English as well as knowing your way around the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
Willingness to take ownership in your own development and have existing skills in prioritizing
Good problem-solving skills and you value good teamwork while also tackling tasks independently.
As the service involves extensive customer contact with a focus on delivering high-quality services, it is important that you as a person has business acumen, is customer focused and result oriented
You also have developed skills in collaborating and forming relationships, both externally and internally.
