We are looking for a passionate IT procurement specialist with high drive, can-do attitude, and excellent understanding of relationship between business and IT as a part of Onsite Technology team. About This Opportunity

As a Contract & Vendor Specialist, you’ll join Onsite Technology Team in Copenhagen, however you’ll be also expected to help regional European teams with managing IT vendors and number of procurement activities and IT contracts with multiple vendors across the region. You’ll be carrying out Europe procurement activities for Onsite Technology ensuring that vendors contracts are optimized, as well as driving service optimization strategies. You’ll be operating with a saving mindset and making sure that every dollar is spent professionally, and operational expenses are reduced.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support Regional IT Contract and Vendor Manager for all Onsite Technology budget relating to procurement and contract spend

  • Participate in projects ad required and to agreed standards and governance, aligning with the Technology procurement guidelines

  • Focus on cost leadership, especially on the areas around procurement, local vendor/contract management, budgets, RoFo accuracy, reducing operating expenses

  • Monitor vendor performance according to SLAs/KPIs

  • Coordinate with a Regional Contract and Vendor Manger to plan and execute various activities pertaining to Onsite Technology budgets

  • Support regulatory updates and tracking through engagement with vendors and other external partners

  • Produce various reports on budgets versus spends

  • Provide inputs for annual budget exercise and RoFo


The role is based in Copenhagen.

To Succeed In This Role, We Believe That You

  • Have been working in large organizations having global presence whereby experience would include interaction with Technology teams for managing IT vendor and procurement activities.

  • Should have basic understanding of latest technology hardware including but not limited to laptops, accessories, servers, network and meeting room devices

  • Have strong vendor engagement and knowledge of local regulations and customs to facilitate delivery of products and services

  • Are able to understand, track and report on budgets and expenses

  • Have technical skills like P2P process understanding, experience with ServiceNow and SAP, ability to use excel at the advanced level and budgeting & accounting awareness

  • Possess business skills like stakeholder management, negotiation and buy-in, organizational awareness, ability to work collaboratively with others

  • Have strong sense of ownership and responsibility, great communication skills, ability to take initiative and work independently

  • You are result oriented with an ability to influence, negotiate and persuade
