Platform Product Owner for Procure to Pay for Ocean
As part of the Maersk procurement product platform team, you will be responsible for digital products that are helping Maersk grow our ambitions for being a logistics integrator. You will be working closely with procurement teams and an international tech organization. You will be part of a fast-paced team, where building a good product is equal to customer obsession, alignment, storytelling and collecting data points. You will drive a product vision through all stages of its lifecycle by building product strategy and a road map with a backlog of capabilities and features. You will have a tight dialogue with internal stakeholders where collaboration is needed. You will make sure that we understand our customers' needs, pain points and business objectives.
What you will do
Own the full product lifecycle from ideation, refinement, prioritization, development, launch and maintenance, with a build-measure-learn mindset (data-driven).
We are looking for you to drive customer obsession so the products and capabilities on our platform are rooted in enabling our third-party suppliers to respond to customer needs and designed to maximize the value that customers will get from our supplier capacity and capabilities.
You will drive a great online user experience, applying both customer data analytics’ insights and supplier feedback in technology development. You will work directly with Maersk suppliers and procurement teams to collect feedback and co-develop with them.
You will own the further design for Rateflow Ocean (and eventual extension to other categories) product embedded in procure to pay processes and a scrum teams’ backlog, prioritizing, and providing user stories, features and epics.
Finally, you will lead, plan and report ongoing work in relevant internal forums and communities. Track success/progress & learnings through data and memos, analyzing trends and having regular interactions to get the necessary targets addressed.
Who you are

You must be a great communicator with a data mindset both with technology and non-tech colleagues. You will drive the teams to a shared common understanding of the customer issue we want to solve online.
Passionate about using technology and improving experience for our customers based on data insights. You will own sprint planning and lead meetings to refine user stories with the engineering team and define how success will be measured.
You need to have a transformational mindset using an approach of persuasion and encouragement where you can take ownership when needed. With Maersk transformation you will need to apply skillset to drive success thought change management on a global scale across multiple functions, using a value driven and collaborative approach demonstrating you understand the end-to-end impact.
You have experience in Source to Contract and Procure to Pay activities and a solid understanding of the integrator/logistics market and challenges.
