As a Solution Consultant, you will help our clients grow by researching, analyzing, understanding and documenting client needs and solutions. In the solution consulting team, we help our clients connect business and technology by analyzing business requirements and creating solution designs and roadmaps to put in place the technology that meet their needs.
As such, you will work alongside Account Directors, Data Specialists, Business Consultants, Content Strategists, amongst others. More specifically, your tasks include:
As a member of the solution consulting team, you will work closely with Solution Consultants and Directors on the team, who will introduce you to our approach, capability models, frameworks and blueprints. At Wunderman Thompson MAP’s headquarters in Copenhagen, you will become part of a team of competent colleagues that always go the extra mile to help each other deliver to the client.

You have a deep interest in digital technology, you are curious and a fast learner, your thinking is structured and analytical, yet creative in problem solving and adaptable to quickly changing project contexts and goals. Moreover, you are comfortable presenting and communicating complex technology solutions in speech, writing and PowerPoint to both tech and business people, and interacting with client stakeholders on all levels in English. Prior experience with requirements documentation and fit-gap analysis is plus.

What will your day look like?
As a Solution Consultant, you will help our clients grow by researching, analyzing, understanding and documenting client needs and solutions. In the solution consulting team, we help our clients connect business and technology by analyzing business requirements and creating solution designs and roadmaps to put in place the technology that meet their needs.
As such, you will work alongside Account Directors, Data Specialists, Business Consultants, Content Strategists, amongst others. More specifically, your tasks include:
- Analyzing and documenting client business requirements for marketing automation and personalization solutions, taking into account the client business strategy and objectives as well as technical, data, organizational and creative context
- Researching, evaluating and documenting new technology vendors and products in the market to help evaluate the potential fit with Wunderman Thompson MAP’s offerings and client business requirements
- Researching, documenting and evangelizing best practice solutions to our client service teams to help increase the take-up of best practice across our clients.

- Professional experience with marketing automation, personalization and digital marketing technology
- A basic understanding of marketing processes, organization and value creation
