Key Responsibilities
As HR Methods & Systems Analyst in the HR Methods & Systems Team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in how we use data coming from our various HR systems. You will also have a great influence in combining process and systems with a business focus, to deliver data as a base for future decisions. You will continuously learn and develop your competencies when supporting the entire DK HR organization with high quality data support and an innovative mindset.
Also, you will proactively deliver workforce data (numbers, costs, demographics, diversity, correlations, etc.) towards the business/operations. Furthermore, it’s critical that you can join this position with an ability to understand the strategic value of our processes and thereby support the HR digitalization journey in the best possible way.
We expect qualified, proactive and customer-oriented support to your colleagues across HR and the organization. You will be the controller for internal HR data and have the responsibility for data quality in all our systems. This will make you the focal point for data improvement and for understanding our processes and systems interfaces. As HR Methods & Systems Analyst, you will also interact with many different internal stakeholders, such as HR, IT, Communications, HSE, but you will also have regular contact with external stakeholders.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- Analyze data and being the focal point for data improvement across departments in HR
- Run daily and weekly data checks based on data from HR4U, Catalyst1 & Lessor and identify data gaps. Responsible for monitoring and driving Data Quality initiatives
- Train/onboard/facilitate data quality dialogue between HR advisors, Talent Developers, ATDs, HRBPs, and OD
- Aligning, securing, and fostering the use of systems and securing the foundation of data for reporting and analytics
- Steer optimization and simplification of HR administrative processes
- Support ad hoc data requests and deliverables
- Ensure development and maintenance of the HR dashboard and KPI reports and provide monthly reporting and regular partnering with the HR Leadership Team for continued improvements
- Ensure data reporting, tools, and standard working processes for the HR community are in place and alignment with the overall HR priorities
- Accountable for knowing and understanding GDPR legislation to guide and ensure compliance and best practice across HR processes
- Act as the primary interface between HR and Finance with regards to HR data to ensure timely provision of required data and to provide insight into the HR impacts of business decisions
Involved in projects with data elements (e.g. cost figures for time writing, engagement surveys, org charts, seating plans, etc.).
