Performance Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover)

Then this role is perfect for you. As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will join an energetic B2B Marketing team, supporting performance efforts across Ferry and Logistics. You will be responsible for directing high quality traffic on site, acquiring new customers through paid channels, specifically paid search and social initiatives as well as nurturing the existing ones through email marketing and reporting on the performance. You will be a major player in building the full customer journey through B2B campaigns.
This means that you will get the chance to expand both creative skills and analytical skills – playing an important part in the expression of DFDS brand through marketing, while driving awareness and lead generation for the B2B sector in DFDS.
Your role will be supporting various stakeholders and understanding their needs to market DFDS’ products and services, advising on the best practices and go to market initiatives.

About the Job:
- Outlining campaigns and placements of DFDS products and services, product stories and events.
- End-to-end campaign execution including creative briefing, creative reviews, and budget allocation.
- Together with analytics team manage Ad Ops tasks such as pixel implementation and tracking
- In collaboration with the agency optimize existing campaigns and tactics across paid search and social platforms.
- Test new audiences, ad formats, placements, and creatives. Measure the success of tests, gain insights, and iterate.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and ensure best practices are met across marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Share learnings and best practices with internal stakeholders and B2B Marketing team
- Report on channel and campaign performance, ensuring traffic and revenue growth.
- Identify needed digital capabilities and user experiences and help implement them for smoother customer journeys.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years’ experience in e-commerce marketing and/or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing channel management
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to communicate and partner effectively across internal teams and 3rd parties
