About the Opportunity
Join Sanofi team as Medical Operations Lead North Europe (NE). In this role you will develop NE Specialty Care medical team operations so that the resources can be utilized the most optimal way to obtain strategic goals and you will be responsible to track NE medical activities in order to understand the implementation of the strategy and ensure main stakeholders needs are answered.
Possible locations: NL, BE, NO, FI, SE, DK

In this role you will…
- Ensure main stakeholders needs are answered in a proper way for: internal training needs, scientific updates of the organization and NE medical contribution to global projects
- Support MCO (Multi Country Organization) medical head with budgeting and resource allocation for medical affairs across the affiliate. Generate and provide accurate and timely performance metrics report for the medical affairs function across MCO. Monitor MCO budget spending pattern and flag up issues to MCO medical head as required
- Work closely cross functionally with finance, legal, compliance and commercial on various organizational initiatives
- Manage capability building and skill enhancement programs for the MCO. Represent the MCO at regional level for operational topics and projects
- Manage systems and processes providing work infrastructure to the MSL team across the MCO
- Liaise with medical head and the finance partner in reallocation of budgets and resources as per emerging business needs
- Events & Projects Coordination: coordinate medical capability building projects between MCO and the region, provide support to MCO head in conceptualization and execution of MCO medical leadership meetings. Occasional travels within MCO is required to support meetings / events
- Medical Governance: support roll out of medical governance and medical operations related SOPs and their implementation across the affiliates, support systems and online training tools for the optimal functioning of the medical affairs colleagues across the region and coordinate medical governance projects across the region
About you
Qualifications/ Education & work experience
- University degree in medical with experience in the pharma sector
- Demonstrated ability to deeply understand and communicate scientific literature and concepts
- Track record in leading team or target oriented work groups
- Ability to Use scientific and clinical knowledge to input to launch strategy on evidence needs for stakeholder including patients
- Capacity to analyze information and emerging trends, including social, policy and access-related information, and incorporate them into medical plans
- Develop scientific communication and education initiatives using scientific/medical expertise, customer insights and understanding of launch strategy
- Leadership, digital savvy, analytic, team player, organisation and communication skills
- Oral and written fluency in English, another language represents an asset
- Driving license is required, business trip across the region up to 20%
