As Commercial Excellence Project Manager, you will join the Strategic Sales and Commercial Excellence team, supporting DFDS business divisions.
The Commercial Excellence team – that you will be a part of – is developing and implementing global commercial processes and tools across the whole organisation to create long-lasting and profitable customer relationships.
You will work with sales strategy, commercial projects, account management and competence developed. This means that you will get the chance to expand both your creative skills and analytical skills – playing an important part in the commercial standard setting for DFDS.
You will be working across DFDS’ two divisions – Ferry & Logistics – which gives you the opportunity to build a strong network towards stakeholders at sales, management, and executive level, but also externally since we are always striving to work close to the customer.

You are preferably located in the Gothenburg or Copenhagen area; other locations will be considered. You will report to Malin Persson, Head of Commercial Excellence and Industry Strategies, located in Gothenburg, Sweden. English is a prerequisite.

About the job:
- Develop and implement global commercial processes, tools and standards across the whole DFDS organisation
- Drive and support commercial projects e.g. infrastructure development, digital commercial tool development
- Drive commercial meetings, be responsible for dashboards in Tableau and commercial information sharing via SharePoint
- Develop commercial training programmes, onboarding of sales colleagues and competence development
- Drive commercial governance in related systems such as CRM to ensure standard procedures are maintained
- Develop and launch new sales collaterals e.g. reference cases, sales presentations, webinars
What we expect
We expect you to have:
- Educated to Bachelor or Master degree level
- 1-3 years’ experience of project management
- Experience of working within D365 and associated Microsoft and other applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics
We expect you to be:
- Ambitious, sociable, with good communication skills
- Motivated self-starter capable of owning and taking onboard responsibility
- Action-oriented and innovative to find sustainable commercial solutions
- Have a strong personal drive, good sense of teamwork and general curiosity
