As our new Producer, you will join our growing Experience Team. Your job will be to manage, drive and oversee creative production and processes. You will make sure that a project moves forward, whilst ensuring that the quality of work is excellent.
Therefore, it is particularly important for us that you have experience with providing the best work environment for creative minds. And that you understand how to optimize creative processes in close collaboration with our Resource Management Team.
Once you have settled in your new role, we hope you will be able to see what each specialist in our Experience Team can bring to the table, making sure everyone knows what to do and when to do it. In this role you will gain a detailed understanding of the user experience, channel by channel content requirements, and the ability to consult on processes for content planning, strategy, and execution.
Your tasks will include:
You will become part of the Experience Team in our office, located in Copenhagen. Here you will join a tight-knit team where Strategists work side-by-side with Creatives, UX Designers, Project Managers, Data Scientists and Developers to create customer journeys and experiences for our clients.

You have a good understanding of both written and visual communication, and we consider it a plus if you have experience running a film project. What will your day look like?

Your tasks will include:
- Bridging the gap between our Client Services Team and the Experience Team
- Investigate and understand the brief from Client Services Team by making sure the right questions are answered, and that the specialists in Experience Team understand what is expected to be delivered when
- Keep track of the timelines and deadlines for the different client projects and update both Client Services Team and Resource Management Team when changes internally will affect the timeline and deadline
- Taking in new briefs, initiating projects in collaboration with Experience Team Lead and getting the right specialists involved, and evaluating and contributing to the level of quality along the way
- Understanding and improving strategic and creative processes
- Managing the internal workflow and documenting projects
- Supporting the team to deliver the best creative solutions that comply with the schedule and budget
- Coordinating with external partners
- Project management of internal projects, including development of new frameworks and maintenance of existing framework material
- Optimize WoW within department and with other departments, cementing new processes, enabling more effective and innovative workflows
- Provide input to Resource Management Team for resource planning and forecasting.
- The job is based at our office in Copenhagen, Denmark and will require you to work on-site

What you bring to the table?

- 1-3 years of relevant project management and stakeholder management experience
- Have a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with translating briefs into kick-ass work
- An excellent understanding of creative processes
- A proactive and agile mindset, and an eagerness to learn, solve problems and investigate all available solutions
- Communication skills
- The ability to encourage cooperative working relationships
- Flawless English skills - both in writing and verbally.
