Our team:
Join sanofi as Omnichannel Lead North Europe. In this role, you will drives the business within omnichannel and digital insight. Transforming the business unit into a data-driven franchise and where the company is considered among the leaders in multichannel excellence in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be part of an ambitious and dynamic cross-functional North European team fully dedicated to immunology.
Travel expected in this role is approx 10%. This is a permanent role.

Main responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for commercial and medical regarding Digital initiatives in North Europe
- Responsible for defining, execution, quality, and progression of the strategic digital roadmap in the business for North Europe
- Works in close contact with commercial and medical teams to share KPIs to deliver insights about digital assets to drive the optimization of the assets
- The Omnichannel Lead is responsible for creating (digital) synergies in the NE franchises/BU’s
- Drives eConsent collection, follow up reporting and contribute to best practice sharing
- Works closely together with the Omnichannel specialists in BO&S to ensure maximum synergies cross-country and cross-business units
- Drives pro-actively the digital transformation inside the business on a North Europe level
- Supports the digital transformation on a local level by participating/leading the local digital tribe
- Close collaboration with Global to ensure adherence and alignment with Global strategy and roll out of key initiatives
- Cooperate with agencies and vendors
About you
- Degree (bachelor/master) in digital marketing and great interest in IT and other new media (apps, social) OR degree (bachelor/master) in Business Administration
- Experience or interest in pharmaceutical industry is an asset
- Previous experience in digital agencies or tech start up is an asset
- General all-round digital skills (SEO, SEA, social media, CMS, Google Analytics, eMail, etc).
- Thinks from a customer centric approach & Able to translate strategy to actions
- Able to motivate colleagues to make the digital transformation
- Strong (Agile) project management skills
- Communicates clearly and leads by example
- Is open for constant change and embraces it as an opportunity.
- English working language
