Do you want to join the largest and most strategic IT and business programme in DFDS? Then you could be the newest addition to our team as Business Integration Analyst!With the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Operations (D365F&O), DFDS is embarking on a digital transformation across HR, Finance and Procurement. Replacing all current ERP solutions with D365F&O across more than 20 markets and +60 entities is a paramount aspect of our ambition towards becoming a greener and more digitized operator.
To achieve our goal, we need the expertise of a Business Analyst to assist the Atlas Programme, our ERP Programme team, in developing effective IT solutions that ensure an optimal implementation process.
About the role

The Atlas Programme consists of seven workstreams, working in a multinational, inclusive and diverse team, having members across different countries such as: Denmark, Poland, Turkey, India, and Philippines. You will be located at our headquarter at the Northern Harbour in Copenhagen, Denmark, where you will be a part of the D365 IT Workstream within the Atlas Programme and be partnering with different business divisions across DFDS and other technology groups within the Technology and Innovation division.
In your day-to-day life your direct report will be the D365 IT Workstream lead. As an experienced Business Analyst, you will be joining a young team of skilled Architects, Business Analysts and Developers, where you’ll play a critical role in contributing to create solutions based on the latest Microsoft technology.
What kind of exciting challenges can you expect to meet in this role?:
Your focus will be to build the bridge between DFDS line of business systems and D365F&O by understanding, mapping, and documenting business process flows between each of the systems that has to integrate with D365F&O.
Moreover, you will be a key resource assisting in securing the future strategy for moving critical business functionality out of DFDS line of business systems and into D365F&O together with our Lead Architect.

Further you need to be curious on learning new functionalities and developing your skills through whatever kind of learning channel available, which also include training, research and development on your own.
You need to be excellent in analyzing and understanding business processes from the functional side. You are great at asking questions to ensure progress, securing milestones are met, and risks are mitigated timely. You are a good communicator, have highly developed collaboration skills and are excellent at building strong relations. The ideal candidate is an experienced in structured problem solving, daily planning of work on your own, and can work both on your own with minimal guidance, but also together with others whether it is within or outside of the workstream.

- Analyzing data, existing business processes and requirements for systems that need to integrate to D365F&O
- Alignment with Subject Matter Experts and relevant stakeholders to ensure that requirements are captured accordingly and correct
- Gain an understanding of financial processes and transactions associated with each of the systems and ensuring that the workstream has the needed information to integrate D365F&O as efficiently as possible
- Design and document integrations and solutions in accordance with best practice and architectural guidelines of the ERP Programme and DFDS
- Prepare and perform testing of integrations and solutions during development and implementation
- Secure proper handover to and ad-hoc support for operational support

- Have a relevant educational background either within Business, Finance, or IT
- Have proven Microsoft D365F&O or Dynamics AX 2012 R3 experience
- Have experience with agile projects or being part of cross-functional teams across multiple locations
- Are an experienced workshop facilitator and are exceptionally good at asking the right questions, while at the same time listening careful in
- Have an analytic mind-set and a proven toolbox that allows you to overcome challenges
- Experienced in bridging the gap between different functional areas and keeping the holistic overview
- Have experience with collaboration tools like Azure DevOps or similar
