TotalEnergies\u0027 Lubmarine division is currently seeking a Marine Lubrication Engineer to join our Lubmarine team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will be able to combine your interest in technology with your client service skills.

Key Responsibilities
As the Marine Lubrication Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Iceland including technical follow-up on customer vessels and the promotion and execution of Lubmarine’ s paid technical services. You will also provide on-demand technical support for power plants and participate in service tests organized by the Lubmarine Central Marine Technical Team (TMA).
Your key responsibilities will be:
Technical support for customers, partners and distributors
Supporting Lubmarine’ s sales and logistics teams
Supporting Lubmarine\u0027s technical network

As the Marine Lubrication Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Iceland including technical follow-up on customer vessels and the promotion and execution of Lubmarine’ s paid technical services. You will also provide on-demand technical support for power plants and participate in service tests organized by the Lubmarine Central Marine Technical Team (TMA).
Your key responsibilities will be:
Technical support for customers, partners and distributors
- Prepare, modify, and maintain lubrication plans for customers
- Provide the necessary information about portfolio of vessels to maintain the ships database (vessel and power plant registration system)
- Perform daily actions related to the paid technical services of Lubmarine such as lube oil analyses, drain oil reports, onboard analyses, etc.
- Visit contracted vessels for technical support
Supporting Lubmarine’ s sales and logistics teams
- Responding to commercial or logistical queries from the Lubmarine network as directed and recommended by the Lubmarine Central Marine Technical Team (TMA)
- Organize technical seminars for customers or internal teams on request
- Support and/or accompany the sales teams in sales activities related to Lubmarine products and technical services together with the Commercial team
- Provide technical information on Lubmarine products and services while updating knowledge of local markets on a continuous basis
- Visit current or prospective customers together with the Commercial team
Supporting Lubmarine\u0027s technical network
- Collect and analyze all type of technical information from the market, equipment manufacturers, shipyards and customers and propose improvements to management
- Participate in the action plans for in-service testing of new products / services
- Propose improvement of Lubmarine technical offers and participate in technical discussions
